The design is unique and very functional: the jewelry attaches by means of a cleverly designed pink metal heart clutch that slides up to hold a strong yet delicate loop of metal chain snugly around the nipple. The chain stays firmly in place until the heart is pulled down away from the nipple, almost effortlessly releasing the nipple from the loop.
