Shipping for United States orders is computed differently for "light" orders vs. "heavy" orders. Right now there will be two shipping choices shown at checkout time and in the shipping estimator. Pick the cheaper one.
Our shipping is discreet: Items are shipped in plain shipping containers or carrier-provided shipping boxes. The only thing added to the outside of the package other than sealing tape will be the shipping label; no additional markings, logos or anything else indicating the nature of the contents.
We ship with multiple carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Shipping charges are computed at check-out time and include any applicable handling costs. The shipping carrier will be determined when the order is prepared for shipment and will depend on the final composition, weight and shipping destination of the order. Your cost, however, will be no more than what is calculated at check-out time, no surprises or additions after the order is placed.
Domestic Destinations (within United States)
Standard Shipping (United States):
UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or US Priority Mail. The carrier used will depend on the composition of the order and will not be known until the order is packed and shipped. Delivery times vary but nominal, estimated delivery times for most US destinations, not including order processing time are:
- UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
- FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days
- US Priority Mail: 3-4 business days
NOTE: These transit times are from the time the package is received by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Most of the time the carriers do meet or exceed their estimates but there are many factors affecting delivery time including distance, weather, proximity of regional hubs, etc.
International Destinations (Outside of United States)
Available for many countries:
- United States 1st Class Mail International: Orders weighing 4 lbs or less.
- United States Priority Mail International: Available for all intenational packages
Order Processing Time
Almost all orders are processed and shipped no later than one business day after payment is authorized. Several confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with your store account as your order is processed and shipped to keep you informed of the status of your order. In the very rare event that your order cannot be processed within two business days after payment authorization, we will contact you at your store account email with information about the delay.
